Removing a user's license will disable their access to CRM or Marketing but won't require you to reassign anything they were responsible for. Each user must be assigned at least one license.
The user seat will still be charged if you disable access for CRM, however. Until you delete the user and reduce the number of users on your subscription, Insightly will continue to bill you for that user.
To enable or disable a user license:
- Go to System Settings. Select User List.
- Select an active user. Click Edit User.
- Check each license you want the user to have access to. Uncheck any license you want to remove access for.
- Click Save User Details.
