Warning
You must use the G Suite account that you use to sign-in to Insightly to use all of the Sidebar's features. You will not be able to use this feature if you use a different G Suite account or if you are a non-G Suite user.
You can save messages from your inbox or sent folder straight to Insightly CRM Sidebar for Gmail. There are multiple ways to do this.
Quick Save
- Open an email.
- Click the Insightly icon (on the right side of the Gmail screen).
- Click Quick Save.
- You will see a message confirming the email has been saved.
Save, Link, and More
If you need to do more than just save your email:
- Open an email.
- In the Insightly Sidebar, click Save, Link, and More.
From this screen, you can:
- Choose to save the email recipients as leads, contacts, or none.
- Click the checkbox to save any email attachments. By default, the box will be checked.
- Link other records to the email.
- Delete any contacts or leads connected to the email.
- Click Save when you are finished. You will see a message confirming the email has been saved.
