If you have an Android or iOS device, you can access the Insightly CRM Sidebar for Gmail from anywhere.
You will need to install the Sidebar from your desktop browser first.
To use the Sidebar from your mobile device:
- Log in to the Gmail account associated with your Insightly account.
- Open an email and scroll to the bottom of the message.
- At the bottom of the email, you'll see the Insightly icon in the "Available add-ons" section. Tap on the icon to open it.
- Sign in to your Insightly account. If you've logged in to the Insightly Sidebar from your computer recently, you will already be logged into the Sidebar on your phone.
- That's it! You can start using the Sidebar to view and create contacts and leads right from your mobile device.
