Each user will need to install the sidebar. Check the installation requirements for the Sidebar before you begin.
For customers who are already using the old Outlook add-in, turn the add-in off and back on again to quickly update to the sidebar.
To add the Sidebar
- Log in to Outlook.
- Open an email. From the three-dot menu, select Get Add-ins.
- Search for "Insightly" in the Add-Ins search bar.
- Click Add.
- Click Close to return to Outlook.
Now, when you open an incoming email message or start a new draft, you'll see the Insightly Sidebar icon. Click it and enter your Insightly credentials to connect Outlook to Insightly.
