In order to install the Insightly App for Outlook, you must use one of the following combinations:
- Online/cloud: Outlook & a subscription to an Office 365 business plan
- Installed on desktop and server: Outlook 2013 or later & Exchange Server 2013
If your email account is hosted by another provider with MS Exchange 2013, your Exchange administrator may need to enable the installation of the app.
