Insightly Platform
Add Editable Label to Custom Related List
We are introducing the ability to customize the label of a Custom Related List displayed under the Related tab of a record that shows related records from a Lookup Relationship. Users can now modify this default label directly within the page layout.
A new text box will be added, allowing users to edit the label of the related list. By default, this text box will be populated with the label we provide, but users will have the flexibility to change it to anything they prefer. Please note that the text box must contain a non-blank value, and this is a required field to save the Related List settings.

Insightly Marketing
New Finish Action to Add Service Ticket
We're introducing a new feature in Insightly Marketing- the ability to create an Insightly Service ticket as a finish action. To use this feature, your instance must have active subscriptions to both Insightly Marketing and Insightly Service.
If the prospect related to the finish action already exists as a contact or organization in Service, the new ticket will be automatically assigned to them based on the email address. If the prospect isn't already in Service, the ticket creation process will mirror that of a new ticket received via email, with a new contact being set up automatically. Please note that the author of Service ticket would be the user who created that finish action in Marketing.

Include Custom Scoring models in Journey Checks
In Journeys, when adding a check step for Prospect Score, only the default scoring model is displayed in the drop-down menu. We have now improved this feature to include all active scoring models, making them accessible and selectable within the drop-down menu.

Insightly Service
Apply Macro on New Ticket Form
We are offering users the ability to pre-fill a new ticket form with data from a macro. This can be done by selecting "New Ticket" dropdown, choosing "New Ticket From Macro," and selecting the desired macro. This feature allows a macro to be selected and applied immediately when a new ticket is created.
This functionality is exclusive to the new ticket form with the exception that certain macro actions, such as Delete Tag, Owner and Internal Note will not be applied. If users select "Save & New," the form will reset, allowing them to initialize another new ticket using the same macro.
