To update the invoices for your Insightly subscription with a new credit card number, company name, address, or VAT number, your account owner will go to the Billing & Account pages.
Updating credit card information
To update your credit card information:
- Click the profile icon and go to Billing & Account > Invoices and Payments.
- Scroll down to Billing Details and click Update Billing Information.
- Enter and save your new card information.
Updating invoice information
To add custom information to your invoice, such as a company name or ID number:
- Click the profile icon and go to Billing & Account > Invoices and Payments.
- Click Add Optional Invoice Information.
- Enter your changes and click Update. The information will now appear on your future invoices.
- To change the Billing Contact, navigate to the Account Owner section under Invoices and Payments. Billing Contact field gives you the flexibility to designate someone other than the Account Owner for billing purposes. By default, the Billing Contact will be set to the Account Owner for both new and existing accounts, but it can be updated via the dropdown menu. All invoices and billing information will be sent to the email address associated with the Billing Contact.
