Insightly Platform
User Favorites List Views
We’ve introduced a star icon to the right of the list view dropdown that enables individual users to mark their preferred list views as favorites ensuring easy and instance access to the ones they use frequently. These favorite list views will appear at the very top of the list view dropdown menu for convenient access. Users will have the ability to favorite up to 20 list views for each type of object, including custom, shared, and standard list views, that they have access to. If a list view is unshared or its sharing settings are modified to exclude certain users or it is deleted, it will automatically be removed from the list of favorites for affected users.

Add Current User to user dropdown in Dashboards
Currently, users have the ability to choose the currently logged-in user within user filters across all user fields in reports and list views. Now we’ve added the same functionality in dashboards for filtering by the logged-in user. Users may now select Current User as an option within all user field dropdowns in filters within dashboard cards. This will help users create dashboards that will be applicable and dynamic to each user that uses that dashboard.

Insightly CRM
Change CC BCC Limit on CRM Emails
At present, when sending an email in CRM, you can include a maximum of 2 CC addresses or BCC addresses. For customers subscribed to the CRM Enterprise plan, the CC and BCC limit will be now increased to 8 email addresses.

Add Owner User as new column in Imports
When importing as new records or updating existing records for Opportunities, Projects, and Leads, there hasn't been an option to select the owner as a column in the import process. However, you could select the owner in imports of Contacts and Organizations. We've now introduced an Owner User column for Opportunities, Projects, and Leads imports (e.g., 'Opportunity Owner') similar to the one we have for Contacts and Organizations imports.

Insightly Marketing
New Prospect Activity Report
We’ve introduced a new Prospect Activity Report that encompasses prospect activity visible in the user interface via the prospect timeline. By default, this report will filter data based on Date of Activity within the last 90 days.
Folders containing fields for the report are:
- Prospect Activity Fields
- Prospect Standard Fields
- Prospect Custom Fields
- Contact Standard Fields
- Contact Custom Fields

Insightly Service
Add Brand dropdown field to Ticket Page Layout
We’ve added the option to include the Brand dropdown in a Service Ticket’s page layout. If an instance subscribes to the Enterprise plan, users will have the option to include the Brand dropdown in a ticket's page layout as needed when creating or updating tickets. Additionally, when tickets are generated through incoming support emails, this field is automatically populated. In the absence of a specified brand ID, the ticket defaults to the instance's primary brand. Brand field is also available for filtering and selection within ticket custom list views, ticket reports, and dashboards.

Insightly AppConnect
New 250K AppConnect Plan
We're introducing a new AppConnect plan for Insightly to address the gap between the existing 100k and 500k plans. This new plan, called the "250k Plan," offers pre-paid access to 250,000 tasks and includes all the same features as the other AppConnect plans. It provides a more balanced option in terms of both cost and task volume. For more details, click here.
